Module 1: Assessment and Goal Setting
  • In the initial phase, the coach and the client collaborate to assess the current situation, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis), and set clear, achievable goals. This step involves understanding the client's aspirations, challenges, and desired outcomes.

Evaluation may also involve reassessing goals and setting new objectives based on evolving priorities and circumstances.
