A Different Kind Of Grief Support
Men Moving Forward brings men dealing with grief together around practical activities, fresh air, useful projects, and service. Conversation is welcome, but it is never forced. Sometimes support begins more naturally when we are walking side by side or working with our hands.
WALK
Easy-paced walks and coffee. A low-pressure way to get outside and spend time with other men who understand loss.
BUILD
Hands-on projects with a purpose. Make something useful, easy, learn a skill, and take home or give away what you create.
GIVE
Simple service projects that turn care into action and create connections through helping someone else.
You Won’t Be Asked to Tell Your Story
There is no pressure to speak, share personal details, or explain how you are feeling. You can participate in the activity, listen, talk about everyday things, talk about your loss, or simply be present. You decide what feels right.

BUILD: Things We Carry Forward
Join a small group to build a simple birdhouse and spend an easygoing morning alongside other men who have experienced loss. The project offers a natural way to be together, shoulder to shoulder rather than face-to-face, and a reminder that what matters can still be carried forward.
$15 Pilot Gathering
Includes all project materials and refreshments. Space is limited to 12 participants.
Date, time and location: To be announced
Facilitated by Linda Trignano
